1. Planning Phase
Contact Us
Whether you’ve decided what package you will purchase, or you’re lost and in need of guidance, don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or email. Together, we shall figure out what best fits you, all things considered.
Questionnaire
This will serve as our guide in designing your website. You are to fill this up and send back to info@logoplus.us
Initial Consultation
Upon receiving your questionnaire, our Website Coordinator will be in touch with you. During an initial consultation, please tell us a brief description of your needs and expectations, and we will answer any questions that you may have. At times, your designer may have a few questions. Normally though, this is your chance to let us know of the things you need that you weren’t able to explain in the questionnaire. After this initial consultation, we will present you with a proposal for your website, come up with some recommendations, or have an additional consultation meeting.
You will also be asked to send in your website materials such as your web content and images.
Under Construction Page
We will put up an “Under Construction” page on your domain.
2. Design Phase
Initial Design Concept
We will now start designing your website layout for the homepage. The design of which will be reflected on the rest of the pages of the website. You will be given one (1) layout in JPEG format and you may ask for revisions as you see fit. Please take note that this is an image file of the layout and is not a working page of your website.
If it so happens that the initial layout we sent is, in its entirety, not what you are looking for, you may ask for another layout.
Note: You may not ask for more than one layout at a time.
Layout Revisions
Upon receiving your website layout, you may ask for revisions to be made so that the layout is fit to your liking. This is where the real process starts. In this step, communication is crucial. In order to finish the project within the proposed timeframe, please make sure to respond to your designer within the day, if not right away.
Finalizing the Layout
You may finalize the layout once it is completed to your satisfaction. You will be asked to formally announce in writing that you are finalizing the layout. Please take note that once the layout has been finalized, you may no longer ask for revisions that will cause major reconstruction of the layout.
3. Development Phase
Initial Page Coding
The finalized layout will now be converted to an actual working homepage. Along with this, the remaining pages will be coded as well.
In Progress Viewing
We establish a private directory for your new website on our testing server so that you may view the website development progress at any time. In addition, you will be informed via email when extensive updates to the site have been made so you can review the most recent progress.
Website Revisions
You may ask your designer to make revisions on your website as you see fit. As stated earlier, you may only ask for revisions that will not cause major reconstruction on the layout. Such changes include content revisions, image replacement etc. In this step, communication is crucial. In order to finish the project within the proposed timeframe, please make sure to respond to your designer within the day, if not right away.
4. Testing and Finalizing Phase
Finalizing Your Website
It is crucial that you formally announce the finalization of your website, otherwise we cannot honor it.
Search Engine Readiness Setup
Please send us keywords to be used for your website. At no time can we guarantee when or where the search engines will place your website within their search results. It is in the search engines’ hands.
Website Test/Check
Your website will undergo a series of tests to make sure it is working properly. Such tests include Browser Compatibility Test, Content Proofreading, Dead Link Check, and Forms and Programming Test.
Website Launch
All necessary website files and scripts are copied to your domain and, and, if applies, databases are setup. A final Error Test is performed to ensure proper functionality of the website as a whole.
5. Completion Phase

Minor adjustments to the website are included at no charge for up to five (5) business days after the website has launched (maximum of up to 3 hours labor). Minor changes include adding changing text, adding or changing photos, etc. Any major revision requests will require additional discussion and possibly incur a fee.
